Hello, I'm Seraphina, a very warm welcome to my website.  You are welcome here just as you are.

I've been going through some big changes recently and having worked exclusively with women for the past few years, am now opening my work to all bodies.  I will continue to offer women only spaces because this is my passion and a big part of my purpose.  However, I am now called to to widen my work because it is clear to me that the damage of the white supremacist patriarchal capitalist culture we live in is inherently damaging to all bodies, all souls.

I am also called to really step into and own my gifts not just as a teacher and healer but also a musician and singer songwriter.  In these dark times, I believe it is incumbent upon all of us to offer our gifts, to bring light into the darkness.  So I will be increasingly sharing details of my music and songs on these pages.

​

I am deeply called to be a guide to help us all find the The Rio Abajo Rio, The River Beneath the River.  What lies beneath the personal, ancestral, cultural and collective layers of conditioning that we all hold?  How can we descend into our deepest truth?  What keeps us from living a soulful life?  I do not pretend to have the answers but I am willing to keep asking these questions and to support you in journeying towards your own insights, healing and resolution through embodied exploration, song, mantra and story.

It is hard to describe in words exactly what I offer, our English language is somewhat bereft of spirit and connection to the mystery.  But I hope that you will receive the energy of what I bring through these pages and I look forward to journeying with you should you feel the call.
