I will channel through the songs a unique healing frequency aligned to those gathered. Prepare for a deep shamanic journey that will connect you with your soul and your deepest truth.

The Humble Hub
Come and join us for an evening of sound, song, mantra and high frequency healing music. We will dive deeply together into the healing waters of mantra with Sanskrit and our voices as the gateway in. Accompanied by the heart opening sound of the harmonium, we will journey together to heal, transform and expand.
No experience necessary and beginners welcome. We will have a short sharing circle at the end of each evening so that we really travel together and not in isolation.
Some weeks will be themed including cacao, guest musicians and movement.
The Untamed Body

The Untamed Body is all about gently and lovingly unravelling this conditioning so that we can reveal the truth of who we are, not as a possibility or potential but a lived reality in our bones and bodies. Through gentle movement, mantra, sounding, mudra, realigning with our inner cycles, the moon cycles and nature, we restore our creativity, our eros and life force. We learn how it is to love being in our bodies rather than fight against them.
Women's Full Moon Dance

Come and gather on the beach not only to move the energies of the full moon, but also to reclaim Friday 13th as a sacred day of the divine feminine full of abundance and opportunity.
We'll begin around the fire with an elemental meditation and sharing circle before welcoming the energy of ceremonial Mama Cacao to support our dance and our deepest expression. We'll then dance with silent disco headsets on the beach before finishing back around the fire with sacred song and sharing to help integrate and ground our journey.
