Enough silence. Enough contraction. Enough being shaped by pain that’s not yours.

This work is for that moment.

I walk alongside women as they alchemise trauma, grief, shame, and shutdown into creative power, embodied voice, and love.

My own journey has taken me through abuse, disconnection, and deep trauma—and all the way back into my body. Into Shakti. Into truth.

We work relationally and intuitively, not in a hierarchy.
We co-create a space of safety, truth, and deep listening.
Boundaries are agreed—but not as control.
Your body leads. I walk beside you.
